A domain name is legal property and our job is to make sure that you, as the owner, are protected. 
Registrant Rights and Responsibilities
If you received an email from us about your domain or if you are not fully sure what you need to do, you are at the right place.   PLEASE read carefully and then provide the requested information – if you have questions, please ask questions by emailing domacct@tnrglobal.com.

Please do not call on the phone
 as there is no live phone support for domains.  
TNR Global can help you manage your domain:

 Renew Your Domain:

  • Check if your domain needs to be renewed via WHOIS.
  • Please note:  TNR Global will send you an email notification 30 days before the domain expires.
  • If you want to renew your domain name, you can pay by check or paypal.

Update Contact Information for Your Domain:

  • You must email a pdf of a signed letter on company letterhead to domacct@tnrglobal.com 
    or mail to TNR Global, Box 550, Greenfield, MA 01302.
The letter must include:

Your domain name:

Date:

Your name:

Your phone number:

Your Email address:

What changes should be made:
(New contact Info or New Info)

 Change DNS Information

If  want to change your DNS information because you are changing web hosting services:
  • You must email a pdf of a signed letter on company letterhead to domacct@tnrglobal.com
    or mail to TNR Global, Box 550, Greenfield, MA 01302.
    See above what information the letter must include.
  • if you have already sent a signed letter confirming ownership,
    you may send new DNS information by email to domacct@tnrglobal.com

Transfer Your Domain to Another Provider:

If do not want to continue your domain registration with TNR Global, you can transfer your domain to a different registrar:

  • You must email a pdf of a signed letter on company letterhead to domacct@tnrglobal.com
     or mail to TnR Global, Box 550, Greenfield, MA 01302
  • See above what information the letter must include.
    State clearly that you want to transfer the domain to a new registrar and the name of that registrar.
    The letter must be signed by the owner of the company or responsible officer.
  • Once we receive the letter, we will unlock the domain and provide you with the information needed to complete the transfer. You will need to initiate the transfer at the new registrar.
