Our consulting services are to be used as a guidance only. The client is to make his/her own decisions as to how to proceed.
Refund Policy.
No refunds will be made for any service provided by TNR Global, LLC
Check Payments – the amount of the check, along with any state allowable fees, may be collected electronically if the check is returned for insufficient funds.
Indemnification:
The Client hereby under no circumstances will hold TNR Global, its offices, employees, contractors, agents or anyone else involved in providing its services, liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use TNR Global, LLC’s services; or that results from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or loss of files or data, errors, defects, delays in operation, or of performance, whether or not limited to acts of God, communication failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to TNR Global, LLC’s records, programs or services. Client maintains sole responsibility for making decisions as a result of any services provided or performed by TNR Global, LLC, and for data backups and restoration.
CLIENT agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold TNR Global, LLC, its offices, employees, contractors, agents or anyone else involved in providing its services, harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees, asserted against TNR Global, LLC, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by Client, its agents, employee or assigns.
